This has probably came as no surprise considering you may already know how much of a fan I am of Crossfit as a Sport. I finally did it! After all these months of speaking about it to folk and debating whether or not to go, I finally went to a Crossfit Box. My friend at work Kirsty goes to ULT Crossfit in Ayr – a little further than some of the boxes near me but a lot cheaper and well run – and let me tag along for a night! Jun 12th 2017 – Post Run Pain! Holy jackamoley! I am in AGONY!!!!! Last night I was only a little sore, nothing unexpected but when I woke up this morning I felt like someone had battered me hahaha! Jun 11th 2017 – First Competitive 10K Ahhhhh! What a day! I tried so hard to sleep last night but drunk Jad made it near impossible.
