Finally, the sun was shining and it was time for a well needed catch up with my Rachelle! Rachelle is one of my best friends who is now living in Edinburgh because of uni, so as you can imagine, I haven’t seen her anywhere near the amount as I used to! But today, we met up, shared all the gossip from the last few months and tackled Arthur’s Seat! The start of our walk already felt pretty high as you could see a lot of the Edinburgh skyline. We started our trek and I was out of breathe pretty fast!… View Post

Hello guys. I am slowly but surely getting back into the swing of blogging. Last week my Dad had a day off his work and we grabbed the opportunity to go on another trek. This time we decided to explore Dunoon. 🌲 My dad woke me up super early – was only 7:00am haha but I’m on holiday – and we drove to the ferry terminal. The last time I was on a boat I was terribly seasick so I was pretty nervous. The commute was fine and I conquered my fear a little haha. As you can see, it… View Post

On Saturday my dad and I decided to take my new walking boots out to test them out. We didn’t want to spend all day out so a wee trek up Loudoun Hill was perfect! I completed this hill a few months ago but it’s a newbie for my dad who was a keen climber back in the day haha! He picked me up and we head out to Loudoun! It was a gloomy day but luckily it didn’t rain while we were out. It was however so windy!!! 🙁 We made it to the statue and already we were… View Post

Finally Jamie agreed to take me to Falkirk! It’s a place I have always wanted to visit because of the Kelpies and Falkirk Wheel – I know I’m a saddo but I have the urge to see weird and wonderful things haha! Anyway, we travelled to Falkirk while listening to some goos songs (Jad was gettinf annoyed at my amazing taste in music haha) and eventually I could see the Kelpies in the distance. I was like an excited school girl haha! We eventually parked at the Falkirk Football Stadium, which was great for me to see as Rangers have… View Post

Jamie and I decided to spend our last weekend together as an unmarried couple visting Stirling Castle! Jamie drove there and luckily the sun started to peck out as we arrived! We stupidly parked far away from the Castle, but it gave me some extra steps for my Fitbit! 👍🏼 we approached the Castle enterance and immediately noticed the packs of tourists from around the world! We visited the Bruce Monument first, which looked over an amazing view! You could even see the Wallace Monument in the far distance – somewhere else I have always wanted to visit! It was… View Post
